I'm a home educating Mum and travel blogger. I love to share inspiration for bucket list destinations, unique accommodations and how to save on your travel !
As a busy solo mum...a dreamer...and chronic procrastinator (!) I have been known to spend AGES just THINKING about going off on an adventure.
Secretly, I used to find the idea totally overwhelming, especially searching and searching for accomodation that is affordable AND ticks all the boxes of a solo mum, (safe, fun for kids, near good food & in a dreamy location!)
I could never find one site that helped me to plan the perfect NEXT adventure, saving me time, saving me stress and saving me money. I figured I can't be the only parent feeling like this so decided to start my own blog where I share all the things I have found that I LOVE

The first step is ALWAYS being clear on where you want to go and what you want to do. ALL of you.
Making sure you share the same dream.
Or build a dream you can all enjoy. (Find a win-win)
It's so important to do this WITH the kids.

This step is often missed out ! An ESSENTIAL step, but not easy. Everyone will have underlying beliefs that impact on the experience they and their children have of travelling.
Uncovering your own limiting beliefs and working on these can really help.
You might find that your children have some fears and anxieties too. It's important to talk about these.
A stage we often jump to straight away, before we are ready and then get overwhelmed !
We need to make sure we are CLEAR on the destination & experience we ALL want before we start planning. .Involve your children in the planning stage too - in a way that they enjoy (don't force them).
